West Country Girl

I am a country girl at heart but now live in town. I have found I enjoy town life, I am near to beautiful countryside and not too far from the coast so can still have lovely walks with my dog and follow my new hobby of bird watching. I really enjoy cooking and occasional eating out- all sorts of food but a leaning to vegetarian. I like to go to a good film or play or concert but would love to do those things with someone else and share the experience which always makes for a more enjoyable evening. I like a good discussion around politics and philosophical questions but I also like a lighthearted time with a bit of silliness and laughter. I like to potter on my bike and also do a lot of cycling at the gym and a bit of yoga too I do some voluntary work which I find very fulfilling and am a member of a Buddhist group. This all sounds very serious, but I think my friends would say I have a good sense of humour and can be fun. It seems that chronologically I have reached a rather advanced age of 65 but actually I have been 45 for some years now and hope to stay that way for as long as possible.!
